Pathetic Service from Aramex

My order is from my Black Friday purchase, on the 4th of December I received an sms that my order is out for delivery, since then when I follow up iam told the Driver couldn’t get hold of you, yet iam always on my phone . Today is the 28th of December I still haven’t received my parcel. This is actually the second time I have received such a pathetic service from Aramex.
