Pathetic service

most useless service provider - please avoid unless you want service on par with, or worse than SA Post Office. No responsiveness and prolonged delays. You will be told that they don't operate scheduled trips because of hijacking risks yet all other couriers operate as couriers. Website doesn't serve any purpose for tracking of packages and payments don't go through either. Call centre agents helpless and will probably be without jobs soon as customers defect in droves ... Best to shut down this service in all seriousness!
