Pathetic service delivery. No longer overnight

Worst service provider ever, DONT be fooled by overnight delivery. I was sent a parcel from jhb on the 24th and today on the 4th June still has not arrived, mind you drivers forever come to pick n pay to collect but never bring my parcel. Not forgetting to mention the pathetic service from call centre in Durban wow, 1 day my parcel is with Thabiso whom I know not of and the next I need to update details again and again. Yes I might be in a remote area that's the south coast margate to be exact but it's been too long. Leaving your tel number with call centre is worse cause nobody ever gets back to you.
