Pathetic service delivery from Aramex!

I ordered an ortgopedic boot from amazon and got informed of parcel sent on tge 12th of May. On tge 16th of May I receive an email from Aramex in JHB for info needed for clearance - info sent to them immediately. Since then I tried to track my parcel with zero luck! I've phoned Aramex JHB on Monday the 21st and gor a reply that it is on its way to CPT AND I would have it by Tuesday... I phone Aramex JHB Wednesday morning the 23rd - got a reply it is at CPT branch. Phoned CPT, who then said to me it has not left JHB yet!? CPT then said it will arrive at CPT by 17:00 Wednesday the 23rd and it would go out for delivery today the 24th between 08:00 and 13:00. So... I phoned Aramex CPT today the 24th at 12:30 to hear where's my parcel... Just to hear it has not left JHB!!!! WHAT THE HELL!? ...and they went on and said it will be at CPT by tonight abd will be delivered tomorrow!? Unacceptable & Pathetic!!!! By the time I eventually gat my boot my foot would have been healed!!!
