Pathetic service delivery.....

Parcel deliveries is of a shocking nature, I would be embraced as a CEO of representing service delivery to this extend. And to then advertise your bad service in association with Pick m Pay and Checkers is an insult to their Brands. Charging customers for overnight services and taking 8 days and still not delivered is pathetic.
