Pathetic service delivery and complete stupidity

Absolutely awful service , it’s been over a week since my parcel from YesStyle is to be deliver , SEVERAL technical issues and delays on their website tracking giving mixed messages, when I requested EMPHATICALLY that the driver phone on arrival after waiting all day to collect only for him to NOT ring the doorbell and NOT phone just drove off and then I was nicely updated that “customer not available , delivery postponed” what utter BS 💩! Horrible and if I could rate less than 1 star I would . Never EVER using this service and I hope YesStyle chooses a new courier company other than this pathetic excuse of a business
