Pathetic service delivery
Iam highly highly disappointed yet again with Aramex, my order kneel getting rescheduled, I’m being told the order is not scanned out for delivery, they not sure when it will be delivered. Today being told my order was not deleted yesterday as the driver ran out of time. So the urgency of deliveries don’t matter, but the knock off time of drivers is important

08 Sept 2021, 00:35I was called to be advised that my delivery is out, and I will receive before end of business. Guess what no order and when I track it’s updated that customer was not available, but no call/email was sent, when and how did Aramex conclude my availability?
I asked to change my delivery and the Amelia who called to confirm my order being out for delivery ,said no address updates where done by the Durban agent who provided me with this reference number JNB/0921/1177.
Who is lying or doing their job? The driver, the contact centre agent ? As the one who updates the tracking information is also not competent
