Pathetic Service

Absolutely pathetic service, not even worth 1 star! Parcel lay in Nelspruit for 3 days, when I phoned I was told it was delivered at our complex security. It wasn't there, phoned again to be told "then it will most likely go out today". Will make sure NEVER to use them again.
