Pathetic service

Very poor service, no sense of urgency to queries and orders from the office to drivers they need to fix their mess if you use this courier expect to wait a month for a damaged package order. I am still waiting for my order that has been out for delivery 2 days ago and also I have waited 2 weeks for another order that was scheduled for delivery but only got delivered because I made noise
