Pathetic Service - Cape Town to Goedverwacht, 2 weeks later !!!!

I sent a parcel to Goedverwacht on 17th November from Cape Town. Today is the 30th of November, parcel has still not arrived.

2 of their staff, Tsepo and Rochelle contacted the receiver earlier this week, after she called numerous times after her parcel. They said they would deliver that day, that was earlier this week. Almost 2 weeks later, and still no delivery!!!!! Pathetic and no call back to the receiver to say what's happening!!!! What a disgrace!

Aramex was top courier and as a small business I need to ensure clients get their orders. But what type of service is this???

Plse, get your act together. Contact me urgently on ***. Parcel is DBP***.
