Pathetic service

I've been waiting for my delivery for 3 days now... every morning I get a message saying my package is on its way, every afternoon I receive another message saying delivery was unsuccessful! This is now ridiculous! I've been assured by 2 of your call centre agents yesterday, Mabatho and Caroline that my package would be delivered by yesterday! I'm still waiting! Again I received a message this morning saying my package is on its way! Must I sit at home everyday waiting for your driver??? Ridiculous! My tracking numbers are *** and ***. Please assist ASAP! So after this message was sent... Tshepo from Aramex chars to me on Facebook... assuring me that my parcel will be delivered by 4pm today! Nothing happened! So I send another message and another agent tells me they will deliver on Saturday! I will not be available on Saturday! I cannot sit and wait another day! Pathetic service!!!
