pathetic service

Aramex has the worst service ever, they've been having my package from the 9th December even today I have not received it. When I call they tell me there was a delay but they don't know what caused the delay and they would inform me that by end of business day I would have received my package, on the 27th Dec I called again they wanted me to confirm my contact details and said I should receive correspondence by end of business day... Their service is pathetic and would never recommend their service to anyone.
