Pathetic Service

If I could, I would give them a 0-rating. I have to pay custom fees which I already did on the 26th of August. I inquired about the package on the 28th and was told by email that it was at the Health Authorities for inspection. Today the 4th of September I had to hear that it is with the Health Athorities. They last did an update on the 29th of August regarding the package. Every time it is written to me that it takes 3-5 working days for feedback, but at this stage no feedback and that only for Makeup concealer, lipstick and eyeliners.
