Pathetic "Service", both from customer care and on delivery

Doesn't even deserve a star, that's how pathetic they are. Two days in a row sitting at work for an hour after closing because order is "out for delivery", only to be told at the end of the day "driver out of time". Used their chatbot to connect to a agent, only to be told what I already know, that the package is out for delivery, then the chatbot agent left the chat. Called the customer care line, only to be told they cannot contact the driver to see whether the package will actually be delivered today, which means I'm sitting here another day only for the driver to be "out of time" again. PATHETIC.
