Pathetic Service

It's unfortunate that I have to use this media because no one at Aramex is able to explain to me what is going on with my parcel. I sent a parcel to Mthatha on the 18th May 2020. 4 weeks later and the parcel has not been delivered. Everytime I call the call Centre it's either they don't answer and if they do they promise to call back which never happens, this is the reference the lady gave the last time I called the call Centre ***. Can someone please tell me what is going on with my parcel. This is the tracking number: DBP***. I need a response asap.
