PATHETIC SERVICE AT ARAMEX

Extremely poor service delivery! Last week their delivery truck was 'hijacked', and within the same week my shipment has been misplaced and NOBODY, i mean as in nobody at Aramex knows where it is. I had goods for my business sent in from Pretoria since last week, and i kept being thrown from pillar to post that it would be sent the next day, untill it dawned on me they were blatantly lying to me. The lady working on my case her name Mayzan, oh what a waste! She was meant to call me back 2 days ago,& everytime i call i was told she was unavailable. It was only when i insisted on speaking to the GM that she eventually spoke to me. Seemingly there are no GM's nor are there supervisors at Aramex, as they are constantly 'in a meeting'. PATHETIC!!! What an unhelpful agent. So unproffessional, so arrogant so flippin detached. I swear it made me wonder what the employment criteria are at Aramex. Untill now, nobody knows where my package is located, they have been 'searching the floor' what a whole lot of hogwash!!! If you need a fast, easy and safe courier company who actually know what they are doing, and who employ highly skilled and professional staff...dont waste your time with ARAMEX choose Courier Guy or Fastway! Postnet is also going to be next down the drain since they have chosen to associate with Aramex! Just dont bother. Courier Guy & Fastway, you literally get your goods the next day!!
