PATHETIC SERVICE ARAMEX

I sent a parcel from PE to Gauteng (Germiston) on the 28th of November, today is the 11th of Dec and the parcel is still not delivered. When you call you are sent pillar to posts and the customer care agents so irritated as though they are doing you a favour and no one wants to put you through the so-called OPS team that they keep escalating matters to. I have sent parcels with PAXI and not even once has it ever gotten delayed. The 72 hr delivery time is an lie. I was told I did not write an address on the waybill which would be stupid because the cashier at P n P checked before throwing into the Aramex bin and I have a copy of the same waybill. I will NEVER use your pathetic services
