Pathetic Service Aramex!!!

I have a shipment that is sitting with Aramex since the end of November.

At 1st I discovered that they have my incorrect contact details. How does this happen when the supplier has my correct details and they provided it to them?

After that the shipment was sitting at customs which nobody even bothered to contact me.

Eventually last week I was sent an email to pay for duties.

Since Thursday last week I have been told that delivery will be on the next day and the next and guess what, still no delivery!

What irritates me most at that I have to keep calling to get updates as their *********** / lazy staff don’t know what is customer service.

Now today the lady gives me another story and says maybe sometime this week.

This is most pathetic!
