PATHETIC SERVICE AND LIES

after placing 5 calls I really don't have the energy to use words like please or kindly as if I did not pay for my parcel.

I need you to urgently to send my parcel to my address and stop the lies already. How can a parcel go through customsclearance from the 31st of October and other orders placed in the month of November from the same supplier abroad have been cleared and even delivered to my address. How difficult can it be to run clearance on kiddies clothes? Your service is disgust and pathetic, you don't pick up calls and when you finally do it is lies and empty promises. On Monday I called your offices for the 100th time and I was asked to provide the same information I've been providing and I was promised that I would receive the parcel the following day and you went and updated the tracker as if there is movement on the item and from then everyday I keep getting the same update on the tracker.
