PATHETIC SERVICE AND LIES

I had a delivery arranged with Aramex from Polokwane to Boksburg, the driver states that he was at my home but no one was available to collect at 9:25am. Blatant lie. I have a domestic worker and my mum at home the driver made no attempt to get hold of them to deliver. I called the call centre, spoke to Sam, he cut the call on me. Called again, spoke to Wade, they can not deliver as the driver is out of the area, however I can collect from Linbro after 6. Why pay for a service if I must collect??? Aramex, this is not the 1st time you let a customer down, it shows that your service is just going downhill. Your attitude towards customer service is just as pathetic. This is a business delivery and has now cost me quite a bit of which is of no interest to Aramex.
