Pathetic Service

Delivery was scheduled for the 15 June 2021. Received message from Aramex at 17:30 saying that the package will be dilivered. I called their call centre several times during the day to confirm ETA. The call centre agents assured me that delivery will take place before 16:00 on the 15 June 2021. Aramex feedback is pathetic. Customer service is nonexistent.
