Pathetic service

I have sent a parcel on the 11/08/21 and it showed that it was collected on the 13/08 but since then it hasn't been delivered until today. I have been calling several times and i am always told the matter has been send to "Zandile" operations manager but nothing is happening. They take long to pick up their phones and picking up they will tell you to hold as they are still trying to check what could be the delay. That will take about 10mins until you run out of airtime. And everywhere their reviews are all negative but no one is doing anything to change. They really don't respect their customers because we give our phone numbers when sending parcels but they don't even bother to call just to say if there is a problem with the address or whatever. Only if I read their reviews I wouldn't have used their service because I am losing more money trying to do a follow up. So it's against consumer's rights to pay for a service i didn't receive and how can a parcel took 1 month and 1 week from Soweto to Naturena.
