PATHETIC SERVICE

To I am disappointed would and understatement of note.

I dropped my parcel (DBP***) on 3rd July 2020 at Aramex parcel dropbox at Pick 'n Pay Summerstrand in Port Elizabeth, destination Sandton in johannesburg.

Today is day 11 and my parcel has not reached its destination and I am not getting clear answers when I call their tracking agents...I get told I will be called with feedback which is lies, been calling ***) since the 10th July 2020 to date and still not a single call/sms to show that the matter is being attended to. Poor agents are trying but can tell that there is a field that is failing the system. Vuvu (agent) is trying so much much to gather info thank you Vuvu.

This is apparently an OVERNIGHT service....rather more like overnightS than anything.

I am very disappointed to say the least. I am inconvenienced by this severely. Had I known I would have drove the 1100km's and took the parcel myself if I knew that I would have such an experience with Aramex SA.
