PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Think twice before you have ur parcel delivered by these ******. False advertising for convenient deliveries from pick n pay stores...last week Wednesday I sent through my parcel with them, till today a week later Im unable 2 track my parcel. When I call in im told my parcel has not been located, does it take a month for them 2 locate and then some time again before they deliver? They are totally out of their depth should have just hand delivered the parcel myself as it was a birthday present only nw too late thanx 2 ****en Aramex. Never again!
