Pathetic service

I am completely disgusted with the way you run your business PITNEY BOWES/APW E-COMMERCE & ARAMEX Corries South Africa have been trying get get my parcel since the 3rd of June 2023 It is now almost a month ref Order No. LPGBA*** / Tracking No. *** Finally when my parcel arrives in South Africa it is sent to Aramex Courries to send it to me it takes almost one week to travel 1kms to my house only to be told by Aramex that the driver ran out to time to deliver my parcel today - this is dispite the fact that I specifically called them early this morning to confirm if it would be delivered I cant believe the B.ST I have had to deal with simply getting a 750gram parcel delivered from the UK to SA before you send me another pathetic excuse because this is going to be the 5 or 6th time I've had to beg to ask for my parcel - Do you thing this is fair for one simple parcel to be delivered to me -I think this is so unfair I will be going to as many social media sites to express my feeling about this company and Aramex PLEASE I NEED MY PARCEL regards hugo
