Pathetic Service

A parcel was sent from Hyde Park on the 7th of April for Overnight delivery in Ermelo. Aramex sent it to Nelspruit and then back to Sandton. Today is the 12th of April and on enquiry the Chat bot connected me to "Tsholofelo" who just won't respond.
