Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Waiting for a parcel to clear in customs for over a week now. Paid for express shipping but almost heading for a month. Terrible. I will rather stick with DHL. You call their call center and nobody answers, call their customs center nobody answers. A bunch of clowns
