Pathetic Service

This company is just pathetic! My shipment reached SA on 5 August and today is the 16th. At this stage WISH delivers faster and given how much I spend buying things online this will be my last interaction with Aramex as a courier of choice. Aramex Global Shopper seem to have their act together but it all falls apart once it reaches SA. Call Centre hold times are ridiculous - I gave up after 20 minutes. Customer Care channels are non-existent. I'm down to waiting for them to one day realise something's gotta happen with my package
