Pathetic Service

Aramex is giving me the poorest service. I've been waiting for a parcel that was sent on the 11th of August from Parklands to Watergate (Mitchell's Plain) and today is the 20th. Every time I phone them they promise to deliver the following day then they don't. They don't even call me to say what their problem is or if they are getting lost or something. I need my parcel but they are just so useless, their service is really pathetic. That was supposed to be an overnight courier but now I'm the second week waiting
