Pathetic Service

Worst experience ever. I'm so disgusted in Aramex courier services. They are so unprofessional in how they conduct business. It clearly stated the address where the parcel needs to be delivered to. I want to know how it was sent to the incorrect address. I was told that it doesn't concern them and the phone was put down in my ear. The parcel was sent from Cape Town branch to Port Elizabeth. The parcel ended up in George. When I contacted Aramex I was told if I want it today I must drive and go fetch it myself. I've dealt with numerous operators, managers and supervisors and all calls ended by them. I'm terribly disappointed and will make sure no one will utilize the services offered by Aramex.
