Pathetic service

Order made last week Thursday. needed items for job on Tuesday. i received a notification saying that the driver was at the destination but nobody was home to collect it so they took it back to the distribution center. Nobody was at my house as there is a security boomgate that calls my cellphone when there is someone is there. i also have camera footage to prove this. I called to find out and nobody could help, they said they would investigate. i received a call at 16h00 yesterday telling me that the drivers car broke down and they would resend it first thing the following morning. it is now midday, tracking says out for delivery (as it has been since Friday) but nothing. i have took a half day off work to be home when it arrived. absolutely pathetic service.
