Pathetic service!

Businesses really need to stop using Aramex as their courier service, it’s really disappointing and annoying. The business we ordered from said their product would be shipped within 3 days and here we are 5 days later with nothing from Aramex. Aramex website even says delivery delayed but was I told? Nope! Pathetic service really!!!
