Pathetic service

<p>i have been waiting for a parcel from the U.K. </p> <p>Paid all custom clearance fees sent all my info and still waiting. I have tonphone around tracking this parcel and it's getting so frustrating as everyone passes the buck to the next. </p> <p>I spend my time and airtime calling this *********** company that clearly has no regard for customer service. </p> <p>Now I am being told the parcel is with Dawn Wing. Dawn also doesn't have my parcel. No one knows anything there. They are just good with passing the buck. I am sick and tired of this inconvenience. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
