Pathetic Service

the worst courier company to ever exist In SA and the reviews of the company are insane. I truly do not understand why such big company like Nike would use Aramex as courier. today was suppose to be the second schedule for my parcel to be picked up but still no show. I want my parcel to be picked up so I can get my money back urgently. I cannot be fighting Nike when they keep doing what is right on their side and Aramex does not take customer service as serious as they do. order number for return #G***. its now two weeks that I have been waiting for Aramex, he reviews on this company are really bad. its unfortunate that I had to experience such service,
