Pathetic, poor service

I placed an order with Nike official 14 December 2023, the shipment status showed it’s in Sandton SA on 16 December 2023, later updated it shows 28 December the shipment is received by Aramex office. I’ve had to call everyday to get an update on the parcel delivery which they could never assist, all they say is, they will get their warehouse/despatch team to contact me and escalate the query which no one has ever contacted me back. It’s a tiring exercise having to get through to them cause the call or chat volumes are always high!! They don’t ever follow up or through with the customers and Nike has no control either of this either!!
