I have received the poorest service from Aramex.

On the 3rd of June my wife's parcel couldn't be delivered as they apparently called her to inform her that the address is incorrect, NO ONE PHONED HER.

After this they confirmed that they will deliver the parcel on the 4th of June.

On the 4th They informed her that the parcel will be delivered in the next 72 Hours, DID NOT DELIVER ON THE 4th as confirmed.

I phoned the call center and shouted my lungs out, The guy said he will phone me back to confirm delivery for the 4th. HE NEVER PHONED ME BACK

Today on the 5th of June they phoned my wife again to confirm the delivery address and informed her that the package will only be delivered on the 6th of June.
