I was going to let this go until your ****ty customer service provider called ‘Talent’ (whether that’s an actual person or a bot) decided to block me from the messages because I asked where my parcel was and was told it’s still out of the country when my tracking records show that it was cleared and is in Johannesburg. I paid R1500 for clearance and your pathetic employees don’t even know where the parcel is???

Are you running a jungle or a business? When I provided proof that it is in Johannesburg and hasn’t moved in 48 hours I’m blocked from the system. I’m really not in the mood for you BS today. There are urgent things there that I got for my daughter for school next week and I need them at my door before Friday!!! Try not to **** me off even more this week and do your ****ing job.
