Pathetic last mile service.

The last mile service of Aramex is appaling. My package shipped from the US, and was delivered to the wrong house down the street. I saw this by the tracking details. The online help agent was completely unable or unwilling to do anything about this, they would not contact their driver, nor were willing to contact me on my phone number as I requested to find out where m package was. This resulted in me having to go door to door down my street knocking on peoples doors to find my package. Eventually it was found FOUR addresses on. How can something get from the US to JHB in 5 days, then get lost in the last 15KM?
