Bad service received,

I have called the support number *** few times on the 14th December 2022 and i was promised that our parcel will be delivered the same day and they never did,

On the 15th I called them again and they promised that the delivery will be today and it is now 16:00 no delivery

At 1:00 I spoke to AGNES JNB/1222/2584 and she promised to get someone to call me in the next 10: min and still waiting….

I called again around 14:00 following up and spoke to Jaden , he said he will get Amelia to call me back she never called. I called again at 15:30 and spoke to Jaden again and promised that he will escalate this mater to Norma to call me asap No phone call

This service if pathetic and I cannot recommend anyone to use your survive, I had plans to drive to Limpopo today at 16:00 and that means I have to cancel my trip because of you
