Pathetic

Pathetic Service! Supplier shipped overnight delivery to me from JHB to CPT. 29th Dec. 3rd Dec parcel has not arrived. Tracking stated was supposed to be delivered 2nd Dec. Their BOT took well over 20 min to provide me with feedback that the package hasnt yet left Pretoria! The call centre number, had me on hold for 17 min before being assisted. Gave me an escalation number (like that will help it to arrive today!). Oh and the best part is, they have a complaints form, but their system wont allow you to submit the complaint!! Pathetic. I will be requesting that my supplier uses another courier company.
