PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ARAMEX SOUTH AFRICA

I ordered fro Shein on the 21st Sep 2023. Since the 8th Oct 2023 the shipment has been detained and there is no feedback from Aramex or any follow up as to what the delay is. Everytime I call, I speak to different people and do not get the proper update as to why it is detained, what is the next step if any product is delaying the delivery to me and what I can do to speed it up.

This is so frustrating and going on their customer service site is a laugh and a half. It never submits to them and just hangs. The service department keeps you on hold until you are fed up and cut the call.

Do not deal with any company using ARAMEX for delivery and shipment. They are a joke.
