Pathetic customer service and ****** parcels

I received shockingly poor customer service after my parcels are ****** by a third part agent appointed by aramex. Customer service representatives duck and dive and fail to hold anyone accountable! Management also refuse to take calls. They expect the everyone else to accept their poor service and theft I will never use them again!!!
