Pathetic customer service and a useless company.

<p>I have sent 5 emails requesting some changes to my Globalshopper account. I have even logged a case on the global website.</p> <p>To date, all I have received is the standard automated reponse.</p> <p>This is the 2nd time I have used Globalshopper and I really think I am going to cancel the service. It takes forever to get something from the USA. So much for their 5 to 7 working days promise. Last time it took 28 days from the USA to South Africa.</p> <p> </p> <p>A really useless company with no one to take ownership of any problem.</p>
