Pathetic Customer Service

I sent through 16 parcels last week with Aramex and when I go to their online tracking service, I am unable to track any of the parcels. I called their Jo office and spoke to a lady by the name of Anisa and she also could not trace the parcels. I had to email all 16 waybill copies through to her and the only thing I was told is that they will do an investigation and get back to me.

What makes me livid is the fact that this is the second time that this is happening that they can't trace a parcel I sent through with them. Last month they could not trace two parcels that I sent through with them and those parcels ended up being delivered only 4 weeks later.

This is poor and pathetic service from Aramex. I will never ever again use them and will strongly discourage everyone I know from using them.
