Pathetic customer service

Xander laughed throughout the call instead of trying to assist me as my hijacked package seemed hilarious to him. His arrogant tone and pathetic attitude is still shocking and it's unbelievable that such a rude person works in customer service or is employed at all considering calls are recorded.

Its been over an hour and I still have not received any information regarding my package. I have emailed him to contact me back and he still ignores my emails and calls. I also requested his managers contact details which he cannot provide me with as his manager "Angelique" is sick.

I really hope Aramex reevaluates their employee choices as the only thing worse than losing thousands of Rands is having someone laugh at you for no reason while on their recorded work line.
