PATHETIC CUSTOMER RELATIONS

As a regular client of almost 5 years with an account at Aramex, the customer service from Cape Town, the account manager and also the regional manager are pathetic. Waiting and trying to agree to better rates for two months now, these people say it is in progress, but never come back to you. Still not done yet. don't return calls. PATHETIC!!!!
