Pathetic Courier service

If I could give a minus rating I would! Aramex used to be my go to courier, Not anymore!!! I sent A package last week Thursday and to date my client has not received their package. I sat on a call over 15mins only to find out it was not delivered on Friday "client not available". No body had the decency to call me the sender or receiver!!!! After speaking to Aramex agent Agent, I was advised that the package was going to be delivered before COB today. My client who works for Skynet SA in Kempton Park was still left without a delivery!!! Your digital system SUCKS!
