Pathetic courier service

The worst courier service ever!! Takes 1 day to fetch a parcel from Pta to Jhb but then 6 days later the parcel is still in their warehouse and not send out yet!!! The courier guy delivers a parcel from CPT to JHB in 2 days!!! Businesses should NOT use their pathetic services!
