Pathetic Aramex service and useless communication channels!!!!!!!!!

I phoned Aramax Johanneburg this morning at 08:18 and arranged that if my parcel is delivered before 2pm they must please deliver to my neighbour. I’m a teacher and had to hold on 10 minutes on the phone to so that they could arrange that. At 11am I tracked my parcel and saw that it was attempted delivery but now rescheduled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need the parcel ASAP today!!!!!!!!!!!

Then I sent an email to ********** but it was not deivered as there is something wrong with the address. Why call it support if not working???????????????

Then I tried to send my complaint via the support form on the website where you can get in contact with Aramex. Never delivered beacause that route is also not working!!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will only change my complaint IF, and ONLY IF I receive my parcel TODAY like scheduled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I spoke to 2 diiferent ladies that said they will try and arrange for the night delivery between 6pm and 8pm. Let's see if they will be able correct a mistake from their side!!!!!!
