Pathetic and unreliable services

I hand in a parcel at Campus Solutions in Somerset West, do dispatched a parcel via Amarex to Abu Dhabi on the 7thd December 2020.

I was informed the parcel will be delayed due to goods not accepted in the UAE, and a private gift for my Grandchild was opened without my approval, the parcel was eventually dispached on the 13th December 2020.

Since then the system indicates that the parcel in still in Sandton, however after numerous follows up, Amarex responded that the parcel has arrived in Dubai, See attached,

This morning I have checked the system, and yet no updates has been made, and a follow up e-mai sent this morning was deleted without being read.

I like to receive an urgent response to my query and confirmation of when this parcel will be delivered, to my daughter in Abu Dhabi.

This is the most pathetic services ever received from Amarex and actually a disappointment, as I do find you to be unapologetic and unreliable.

I await your urgent reply.
